The Literature Today: Tell us about your writing career?
Author:  As a child, I used to scribble poems and thoughts here and there in some notes, diaries but never documented it.  I have enjoyed helping and guiding people specially my students with their anchoring scripts, speech, drama scripts and school authorities and colleagues in writing work especially with reports.

In the domain of serious writing I’ve  published

       ·         8 Research Papers  ,9 Popular articles in English
 ·         4 poetries in Hindi , a  Scientific drama, a story and an article in Hind
 ·         8 News Paper Reports    .
 ·         Few of my articles have also appeared in Rediff.com

I have also participated in Self composed poetry recitation in Hindi Kavi sammelans(Poetry Concert) on topics as varied as Hindi, Children, Karmyog, Humanity, Nirbaya, and issues of the present day.

The Literature Today: Tell us something about your book?
Author: ‘When the Soul Weaves’…….(Poems) is an  attempt by me taken up during the silence of lock down created by COVID-19 when I got the much needed leisure to pen down lines on few aspects like, ‘what is beauty in real sense’ how man was too small a creature in the presence of the invisible virus called corona. The book is a collection of my poems on themes close to my  soul from life, nature and spirituality based on self realisations.

The Literature Today: What encourages you to become an Author?

Author:
The aspiration to author a book was subtly there in me since a long time. My writings have always received appreciations from many quarters informally. The drive intensified when I got leisure at hand. The Pandemic  bestowed  the  much needed time-out  to focus on making it come true.

The Literature Today: What is your current goal in writing career?
Author:  This is the first volume of my book, I would like to publish a second volume of  ‘When the Soul weaves… (Poems)’ at a later date. I would also like to pen a book in Hindi in the near future and author many more books.

The Literature Today: The title seems different and catchy, how you decided it?
Author: My world of Spirituality has made me realise that , I am not this body and emotions but I am the soul living in this transient body with ephemeral emotions. So whatever thoughts that had flowed from my emotions as words had actually emanated from my soul. Since poetry is a rhythmic weaving of words , I thought the title, ‘When the Soul Weaves….(Poems) would be apt for my book.

The Literature Today: Are you writing other books as well, let us know about the same
.
Author: I will be doing so in the near future.
