Payment Acknowledgement

By making payment for any service, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and understood the service details, deliverables, timelines, and applicable policies of The Literature Today and agree to proceed accordingly.

Cancellation Requests

If a client wishes to cancel a service before work has commenced, they may contact us with their request. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility

Once work has commenced on a project, refund requests may not be applicable.

Completed Services

Once a service has been completed, delivered, published, promoted, recorded, distributed, or otherwise fulfilled as agreed, it shall not be eligible for a refund.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional situations, including technical errors, duplicate payments, or other unique circumstances, requests may be reviewed by The Literature Today management.

Any decision regarding refunds, credits, adjustments, or alternative resolutions shall remain solely at the discretion of The Literature Today.
