The 8-8-8 rule divides the day into three balanced parts—eight hours of work, eight hours of rest and sleep, and eight hours dedicated to personal time, exercise, family, and recreation. According to Akshay, maintaining this balance helps him stay physically fit while also supporting his mental well-being.
