The autobiography of cricketer Faf du Plessi will be published in May.
The following is fantastic news for cricket fans! Francois “Faf” du Plessis, a well-known cricket player, is preparing to publish his autobiography, “Faf Through Fire,” which will be published in India in May of this year. On April 18, 2023, his publisher Penguin Random House India broke the news.
The Royal Challengers Bangalore team of the Indian Premier League is presently led by Francois “Faf” du Plessis. He served as the South African National Cricket team’s previous captain.
In his upcoming memoir, he discusses his career as a cricketer, his passion for the sport, as well as his setbacks and victories. As a person, he also discusses how he has changed from a young man with a dubious moral compass outside of the game to a person who is now held in high regard. Additionally, “Faf” discusses his interactions and experiences with powerful figures like Gary Kirsten, Stephen Fleming, A.B. de Villiers, and MS Dhoni, among others.
Talking about his memoir, Francois Faf Du Plessis said in a statement, “I am very excited about my book, ‘Faf Through Fire’, being launched in India. I have always felt at home here and I have been extremely blessed to receive immense support while playing in India over the years. I hope that the readers enjoy reading it as much as I loved sharing it.”
It should be noted that ‘Faf Through Fire’ was first released in South Africa in October 2022. The imprint Ebury Press of Penguin is currently publishing it in India.
