Sahana Mehta (11) understudy of Orchids The Global School – Malad, Mumbai won gold coming to the finals of DSO state-level skating contest
11-year-old Sahana Mehta from Orchids The Global School – Malad (West) as of late won a gold decoration at the Region Sports Office (DSO) Skating contest held at Ameya skating arena Virar west. She won the first award in the 500+D m arena section of the opposition and furthermore won a silver decoration in the 1000 m arena.
Sahana partook in the DSO level of the opposition interestingly and needed to rival adversaries 3 years more established than her. She cleared the locale level of the opposition by sacking two gold decorations in the 1000 m and 500+D m arena contests. Fitting the bill for the Division level of the opposition, she then won first award in 500+D m arena and second award in 1000 m arena contests.
This included going up against kids from Nagpur, Nashik, Kolhapur, Pune, Amravati, Ahmednagar, Latur, and so forth.

Sahana has been improving her skating abilities since the age of 4. She has taken part in a few skating rivalries throughout the long term. In 2020 and 2021, she came first in the region level contest of the Roller Skating League of India (RSFI). This was trailed by winning 3 gold awards in 3 races of the state-level contest. In 2020, Sahana addressed Maharashtra at the Public level of the opposition held in Mohali.
