On May 27, 2023, eminent holistic lifestyle coach Luke Coutinho’s latest book, “Small Wins Every day,” was released at the Taj Mahal in latest Delhi. Ace cricketer Shikhar Dhawan served as the book’s launcher. Following the book launch, a discussion on holistic wellness and the author Neelima Dalmia Adhar’s new book was held with Luke Coutinho, Shikhar Dhawan, Charu Sood- the deputy mayor of the UK’s Elmbridge Borough Council, and Shikhar Dhawan.
Luke describes how breaking down goals into smaller, easier chores can help one achieve more in life in “Small Wins Everyday: 100 Powerful Ways to Transform Your Life & Health.” He discussed his book throughout the event, describing how it teaches readers how to rewire their brains for greater performance.
