Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai is an accomplished scholar, holding a Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai’s Department of Philosophy. With a diverse clientele including leaders in corporate, political, academic, and military spheres, he imparts invaluable training. His extensive research delves into the profound insights of “Kautilya’s Arthashastra,” a seminal work on management dating back to the 4th century BC. Currently, as Director at SPM Foundation and Founder Director of Atma Darshan Pvt Ltd (a Spiritual Tourism Company) & Chanakya Aanvikshiki Pvt Ltd (a Leadership Training & Mentoring Institute), Dr. Pillai stands as a guiding force in both spiritual and leadership realms. Recently appointed as Deputy Director of Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Studies (CIILS), an autonomous institute within the University of Mumbai’s Kalina Campus, his influence continues to grow.
With nearly 25 years of combined professional and entrepreneurial experience, Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai is recognized as a distinguished leadership speaker, author, trainer, and personal mentor. He has authored close to 200 articles and papers featured in esteemed magazines, newspapers, and journals. Dr. Pillai also hosted the radio show “Ask Chanakya” on Moksha Channel of Worldspace satellite radio, further expanding his reach.
Having represented India in various national and international conferences, including the World Philosophy Congress in Athens, Greece, Academy of Management (AOM) in San Antonio, Texas, USA, and the Indian Philosophy Congress (IPC), Dr. Pillai’s contributions are globally acknowledged. He has chaired sessions at the Afro-Asian Philosophical Congress (AAPA) and lectured at esteemed institutions across Germany, Dubai, Muscat, Singapore, Indonesia, and the UK, including Heidelberg and Cologne universities.
